Love this tea house so much, the location is fantastic and near Inya lake. When you come after 4pm, you can also enjoy the sight seeing of sun set. The menu is also variety such Myanmar foods (the last order 3 pm) and European foods until 8pm. All decorations are white like the name of shop White Swam Tea House. When you come, don’t miss to order Chicken Biryani (Myanmar style) and Myanmar tea. RECOMMEND ALL

wow the first impression is pretty amazing as it feels like an oasis. still a work in progress but completely in the right direction. food was very good and so was the service. good view of the lake and a recommended place to try in Yangon.

White Swan Myanmar Tea House. Classy but cozy interior with a beautiful garden. One of the best if not the best restaurant serving Myanmar food. Every element even the small pickles show focus on details. Strong and natural broth for soups, perfect with a refined balance seen in all salads. Western food so far not bad but not too authentic.The breads and sweets are just ok and level is not as high as other elements except their looks.

Nice place to chill! Their bakery items are fresh and delicious although a bit pricy. Their waiters are also helpful. The location and décor is beyond perfect. I will go there again.

Located on the rim of Inya Lake, and nice and cozy. Foods are tasty and well decorated and make with quality raw. Target high end market and price are quite expensive. Staffs are warmly. Got convenient and spacious car park.
